Build Powerful Habits for a Positive Mind
Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent practice. This program is based on Shirzad Chamine's work on Positive Intelligence®. The research was conducted on over 500,000 participants across 50 different countries. It is based on neuroscience, positive psychology, performance science and cognitive behavioural psychology.

The program is designed to help you build new habits and includes access to the PQ® App.

Build a Foundation
During this 10-week program, you build a foundation for mental fitness by strengthening the three core mental muscles. In doing so, you will start to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).
Practice Daily
15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to establish mental muscles.

These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.
Update Your Operating System
Positive Intelligence® is an operating system with many applications. You will work on developing your three core mental muscles so that you can update your current operating system. You will continue to grow as you use those muscles in various work and life applications.
