  • Small group accountability - 3 to 5 participants (option to form your own group or complete 1:1)

  • 15 minutes of daily recharge exercises to help you build powerful habits

  • Self-guided in-app mindfulness exercises

  • Positive Intelligence® Audiobook (PDF also provided) to help  you learn the core principles

This program is based on Shirzad Chamine's work on Positive Intelligence®. The research was conducted on over 500,000 participants across 50 different countries. It is based on neuroscience, positive psychology, performance science and cognitive behavioural psychology.
